How do I place an order?

We've made ordering easy, fast, and secure.  If you have problems placing an online order, or are new to online ordering please feel free to call toll free (877) 223-0022 or email AlpineCandles@Earthlink.net   The steps listed below will walk you through placing an online order.

Step 1:   Browsing
Feel free to Shop Online and browse our vast selection of merchandise.  If you're looking for a gift, Alpine Candles will wrap your gift, attach a card from you, and ship it directly to the recipient.

Step 2:  Adding items to your basket 
If you are interested in a specific item, you can add it to your basket by clicking on the "buy" button.  Many of the Alpine Candles products listed on this site come in several sizes.  Be sure to find the size you want, make your fragrance selection if applicable, and click on the buy button next to the item.

Step 3:  Review your basket  
When you add an item to the basket, you will be taken to the basket page where you can change quantities and delete items.  If you change any quantities in your basket hit the "recalculate" button to update and changes in total price.  Delete any item by selecting a quantity of 0.  

From your basket page you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.  If you select continue shopping, you can review your basket at any time while shopping Alpine Candles by clicking on the "Review Cart" button located in the top menu on every page.

Step 4:  Checkout
Once you have decided on all the items you want to purchase and put them into your basket it's time to checkout.  Select the type of shipping you would like and indicate which state you live in for sales tax purposes.  Next you have the option of giving any special instructions or comments regarding your purchase.  This is where you would indicate if any of items were a gift and to be shipped directly to a recipient.  Click on "Go to payments".

Enter your billing address and shipping address if applicable and click "Continue".  Review your order and check for any errors.  When you're satisfied everything is correct click "Continue".  Enter your billing information and click "SSL Secure Payment".

Step 5:  Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation page and an order confirmation email.  Please keep this as your receipt.  If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to call toll free (877) 223-0022 or send an email to AlpineCandles@Earthlink.Net.

I'm interested in selling Alpine Candles as my school's next fund-raiser.  How do I get started?

Alpine Candles make a great product to sell for a fund-raiser.  Not only are they an easy item to sell because of an existing demand for quality scented candles, Alpine Candles will help your non-profit organization to make from 40-50% profit on the sale depending on the items you sell.  

We've made it easy on you as well, we'll provide you with all the selling materials and order forms customized for your organization.  Once the sale is complete, submit an order to Alpine Candles (a deposit is required at this time).  Within 4 weeks you'll receive your order.  Send an email to AlpineCandles@Earthlink.Net to begin.

What is your return policy?

It is our intention that the experience you have with Alpine Candles exceed your expectations.  If ever it happens that your purchase does not live up to this promise, please let us know so we have the opportunity to make it right.  We stand behind our products and will refund 100% of your purchase price.  Simply fill out the customer return form and send it back with any item you are unsatisfied with for a complete refund.
